 This
year I'm 47 years old and I've spent more than 27 years
of this attached to a wheeled chair. The physicians say
my state is definitive, at most I may have chance, by
progress of the medical science, to treatments making my
days easier and more endurable. More and more I'm
thinking about the days when I'll have to take care of
my own, without my mother's thought. I'd like to prepare
for this in time, but the circumstances aren't ideal for
that nowadays. Without a work my pension is small, and
the medical treatment is expensive.
This is because I turn to you for help: please,
according to your possibilities, contribute to my fuller
life. My name is Laszlo Kovacs, born 27th
November, 1962 in Eger. I've graduated in 1981 at the
chemical engineers department of the Janos Irinyi
Chemical High School. After that I was about to continue
studying at Pecs and the Military Technical High School,
but unfortunately my accident, happened on 19th July,
1982, kept me from doing it. I was in hospital for two
full years, but unfortunately all my four limbs got
paralysed and I became attached to a wheeled car for my
whole life.
I live with my mother in Bodony. My father died since
then, and now it's incumbent on my nursing and my supply fall
to my mother. We have to travel up weekly onto
Budapest, into Peto Institute because of my state
onto a treatment, remedial gymnastics.
With the external world - since I caught a gift a 486
computer configuration - I keep the contact with
corresponding with the help of the e-mail and the
freemail.
